Partner terms

1. The programme

The YZ-pay Partner Programme lets approved partners earn commission for referring new users to YZ-pay. Joining is free. YZ-pay reviews every application and may approve or decline it at its discretion.

Partner accounts are separate from YZ-pay customer accounts. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Referrals

A referral is a person who creates a new YZ-pay account within 60 days of clicking your partner link, on the same browser. Referrals are credited once, at sign-up, and can't be moved between partners.

If a person enters another user’s referral code at sign-up, that code takes priority. You can’t refer yourself, accounts you control, or people without their knowledge.

3. Commission

You earn 20% (or the rate agreed with you in writing) of the fees YZ-pay earns from each referral — on deposits, withdrawals, virtual cards, gift cards and conversions — for 12 months from the day they sign up. Provider costs that YZ-pay passes through are not part of the fees you earn on.

You also earn a one-off activation bonus of $3.00 when a referral’s deposits reach $50.00.

YZ-pay may change commission rates and terms for the future with notice in your dashboard or by email. Commission already earned is not affected.

4. Holding period, reversals and payouts

New commission is held for 14 days. Commission from refunded, reversed or fraudulent activity is removed. You can request a payout once your available balance is at least $20.00, to a YZ-pay wallet or a USDT address. Payouts are reviewed, usually within 2 business days. You are responsible for giving a correct address and for any taxes on your earnings.

5. How you may promote YZ-pay

Always disclose that your link is a partner link. Describe YZ-pay accurately and never promise profits, returns or “free money”. Follow the advertising rules where you and your audience live.

Not allowed: spam, fake accounts or reviews, incentivised sign-ups that misrepresent YZ-pay, bidding on the YZ-pay name in search ads, impersonating YZ-pay, or using our brand in a way that suggests you are YZ-pay.

6. Suspension and termination

YZ-pay may suspend or close a partner account and withhold or cancel commission connected to a breach of these terms, fraud or abuse. You may leave the programme at any time; available commission above the minimum payout will be paid out.

7. Privacy

You see your referrals by first name and initial only. Don’t try to identify, contact or collect data about referrals through YZ-pay.
